3. Products, Pricing & Inventory

3.1 Product prices shown do NOT include international shipping fees, import duties or VAT. The final total amount will be displayed on the checkout page.

3.2 All product images are for reference only. Minor color differences caused by screens or lighting are not treated as product defects.

3.3 Placing an order does not guarantee inventory availability. If items are out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund with no additional compensation.

4. Payment & Order Fulfillment

5.3 Customers from EU & UK have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right to return unused goods for any reason (custom-made items excluded). Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. Products must be unused with original tags and accessories intact.

5.4 Custom and pre-order items cannot be returned unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.

5.5 If packages are returned due to wrong address or contact information provided by buyers, all return shipping fees shall be paid by buyers.

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees generated during international shipping are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If you refuse to pay taxes and the parcel is destroyed or sent back by customs, all losses will be borne by you.

8.1 We are not liable for delays or order cancellations caused by force majeure (natural disasters, customs policy changes, courier suspension, factory shutdown). In such cases, we only provide refunds and will not cover indirect damages or penalties.
